RETURN & REPAIR POLICY

Due to the handmade nature of the product, all purchases are final. If you receive an item with a defect or damage from shipping please contact us immediately.

For Custom Orders: We will be in contact with you throughout the process to ensure you are happy with the final product. 

For Repairs: If the damage was caused by your own wear, or you have lost an earring etc we will be happy to repair/remake the piece as long as the materials are still available & the cost will be determined by the item. Repairs are handled on a case-to-case basis, so please contact us  to discuss further.
